I assumed it would be easy to find the basic details about the bike, like sizing, specs, and what comes included, but I had to dig around more than I thought. Maybe I missed it at first, but it wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. Once I found some of the info, it helped, but the whole process felt a bit more frustrating than it needed to be.

I assumed the warranty process would be straightforward, but it ended up dragging on way longer than I expected. Replies were slow, and I never really got a clear fix or answer. Maybe I expected too much, but it was frustrating...

I’ll be honest, this was frustrating to assemble. The instructions weren’t very clear, so I spent way more time than expected trying to figure things out. It turned out okay in the end, but the process could definitely be improved.

The brakes on my YT bike never felt right from the first ride. They were weak on descents, started making noise after just a few rides, and I ended up having to take it to a shop way sooner than I should have. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. It also kind of made me wonder if they cut corners and leave you dealing with extra costs after the sale. I wouldn’t buy again

I had to reach out to them about my order, and the reply took around longer than I was hoping. They did get back to me in the end and sorted everything out, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. Just felt a bit slow, and I think it could be better

The bike showed up fine overall, but the wheel/tire setup was meh. The front tire was seated weird and started losing air after my first ride, which was super annoying tbh.
I ended up taking it to my local shop to get it sorted, so that was an extra cost I wasn’t expecting. The bike itself is fun, but I def expected better from YT on this part.

Trying to find a nearby service center was such a hassle. I couldn’t find anything convenient, and instead of feeling like the company had a solution, it kind of felt like they made it my problem to figure out. Super frustrating.

I was told a replacement was on the way, so I kept waiting and checking for it like it was some grand event… and then absolutely nothing showed up. No package, no update, just me getting more and more frustrated. it felt like the replacement vanished into another dimension.

It’s just not enjoyable. Rough ride. Feels bumpy the whole time. Not fun at all.

Well... the bike looks great, but the drivetrain keeps skipping gears when I ride, which has been really annoying. I was hoping it would feel smoother out of the box

The bike looks great, but the suspension was a letdown pretty much from the first ride. It felt harsh and bouncy, and even after messing with the sag and rebound, I couldn’t get it to feel right. On rough trails, it felt cheap and a bit unpredictable, which made me ride more cautiously than I wanted to. For the price, I expected a lot more confidence and control...

The bike rides really nicely, and I enjoyed it a lot at first. After some harder use, though, I noticed a small crack in the frame, which was frustrating. Support was decent and tried to help, but for what I paid, I expected it to hold up longer. It just feels like I lost some of the value I thought I was getting.

I don’t know, the bike designs just feel a bit too loud and cluttered to me. When I look at them, they don’t really give me that clean, excited feeling I’d want from a bike. It’s probably just a personal style thing, but they’re not really my vibe.

I was just trying to look up some basic setup info on yt-industries.com, it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. I figured I’d find a clear answer in a couple minutes, but the website says one thing in one place and then something slightly different somewhere else, which made me second-guess what I was supposed to do.

Some of the pages felt only half explained, so I kept bouncing between manuals, FAQs, and random product pages trying to piece it together. For someone who just wants to check a part or make a quick adjustment before a ride, the wording really isn’t as clear as it should be.

The bikes might be great, but the documentation was frustrating. I expected simple steps and ended up wasting time guessing, which is annoying when all you want is a straight answer.

I was annoyed because the bike took way longer to arrive than I expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking it like, okay, is this thing even moving? But then it finally showed up, my mood shifted a bit because the bike itself was fine. Still, the delivery experience definitely could’ve been better.

I’ve been happy with the bike overall, but the motor has been a bit hit or miss for me. On flat roads it’s fine, but once I get to steeper climbs, it starts to feel weaker than I expected. The assist also doesn’t always kick in smoothly, which can be annoying mid-ride. Battery life has been okay, so that’s not really my main complaint. I just expected stronger motor performance for the price. Maybe I got a less-than-perfect one, but I’m not totally satisfied

I ended up having to swap the stem, and even now it still feels a bit cramped. That’s frustrating, because getting the sizing right is something a company should take seriously instead of leaving customers to figure it out after the fact. Not terrible, just annoying.
